It has not been an easy week, but somehow I turned a corner today and actually was up for letting the kids dye Easter eggs. Usually we do this outside, but it has been raining, so the bathtub was turned in to a rainbow tonight.
Unlike some of the eggs, the kids and I survived, even if we all were a little greener around the edges. It felt good.

The bathtub, that's brilliant! I just couldn't bring myself to do it this year (Parker was much easier to contain last year). Of course, I tried finger painting in the bathtub last week...it took half-an-hour to get him to stop crying.
