Sunriver Wrap-Up

Darlene, Dan, and I—the keepers of the cameras—traded our pictures of  our week together.  Here are some of our week from their cameras.

Esther brought her budgie on vacation—even cute little birdies need to relax.  Piper was enchanted!  Wesley appears to be a budding animal lover, too.

We ate outdoors every night because we could, and it was easier clean up.

The “big kids” had a lot of fun at the 1904 homestead at the High Desert Museum as well.  You can tell all three kids have their share of athleticism.

Dwayne took Kyla to a lava tube cave with the rest of the family one afternoon.  It was about a mile in.  And, baby, it was cold down there!  Kyla wore my coat over her own clothes to keep warm.

Piper always wants to be our helper.

Lava-formed pumice makes for good pictures.

The Cousins—We love it when the cousins, who only see each other one week a year, spend time building relationships.  Maybe it’s just cute pictures of Wesley right now, but in another year or two, Wes will be able to remember these great kids who played with him.

Isaac let Kyla play pinball on the laptop with him!  She loved it.

Darlene, Deborah, and Esther made Dwayne’s favorite treat—No Bake Cookies!

And I’m not the only one to take too many pictures of the “baby”!

And another of Piper for the fun of it.

Aw, heck.  How ‘bout two of Kyla?
