Warm Beach is a hour drive from our house, so it’s bit of commitment to go up there for an evening. It was a clear day, and didn’t start raining until we got there. I think that happened to most the people who came, so we got al the consequences of a wet evening without the fewer crowds one would expect in trade off (though I am sure that it can get MUCH more crowded than it was tonight).
But it was so beautiful! Not only did we have the fun of being with good friends, but it is simply a delightful place to wander.
The kids got pony rides and enjoyed the small petting farm.
There was a ranch house that served more cowboy food than the reheated chicken nuggets and fries we expected. And while we waited for our food, the kids played in the toy corral—a brilliant concept for young ones! Kyla mostly sat in front of the stage listening to the music by herself. So her.
