Baking Bread

I have finally perfected my bread recipe and haven’t bought sandwich bread since sometime last winter.  I will probably post the recipe someday.

I made two loaves today while the girls were in school, and there’s no way to do it without Wesley helping.  It wasn’t nearly the disaster it could have been.  He got 99% of the dry ingredients in the mixing bowl.  And didn’t spit in it!
